Key Responsibilities- Lead case management and ensure compliance with quality and legal standards
- Drive program development and team performance
- Partner with the Family Services Senior Team Leader to provide support and supervision to practitioners in the team
- Ensure effective, timely service delivery, staff support and coordination, internal and external relationship management, and compliance with all legal and quality standards
- Leadership skills and extensive experience in child-focused casework
- Solid understanding of relevant legislation and practice models
- Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, or related fields
- Excellent communication, adaptability, and emotional intelligence
