Our Role

As a Community Support Worker, you'll be the heart and soul of our mission, providing essential care to clients in their homes. You'll make a real difference by offering help with personal care, medication, social activities, and everyday tasks – but most importantly, you'll be building meaningful relationships that brighten lives.

What We Offer

We know life can be busy, so we're offering permanent part-time roles with hours that suit your schedule. Our clients need support from Monday to Sunday, 7:00am to 7:00pm, and we'll work with you to create shifts that fit perfectly with your life.

On top of a great hourly rate, you'll also enjoy paid travel time, kilometres, superannuation, and salary packaging on top of your pay. Pay rates range from $28.94 to $30.82 per hour, depending on your experience and qualifications.

Requirements
  • A Certificate III in a Care related field or working towards - we can help you get trained (fee free course may be available)
  • A current First Aid certificate, Working with Children's Check and NDIS Check (or willing to obtain)
  • A driver's licence with an insured vehicle
  • A genuine commitment to enriching the lives of others
  • A willingness to give, or experience in providing support to our Aged and Disability clients by assisting with their everyday needs and activities
  • A creative, personable and professional approach to the role
