About the Opportunity

This exciting career opportunity will see you working as an Electrical Infrastructure Specialist within our engineering team. You will be responsible for delivering maintenance programs across our EV charger portfolio.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the repair of site faults to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Work with internal and external teams to resolve maintenance issues and prevent future occurrences.
  • Develop proactive maintenance strategies using site data and fault information.
  • Ensure our maintenance programs align with OEM requirements and are up-to-date.
  • Oversee maintenance activities to maintain warranty obligations.
  • Effectively manage contractors, suppliers, and third-party vendors to achieve successful maintenance outcomes.
  • Monitor contractor performance to ensure it meets expected standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in project engineering, preferably in EV, electrical, or telecommunications infrastructure.
  • Tertiary or trade qualifications in a relevant field would be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and intermediate skills in Microsoft Project.
  • Familiarity with WHS regulations related to High Risk Construction Work.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and professional skills.
  • Able to build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Capacity to lead and collaborate with others to achieve shared goals.
