In this role, you will develop and maintain relationships with Relationship Managers, Business Development Managers, Referral partners, Valuers, Lenders and Mortgage Insurers on an operational/Internal level with the aim of ensuring that the applications are processed in a compliant and timely manner.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing exemplary service to customers and brokers.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Mortgage Insurers, Funders, Valuers, and Solicitors, and confidently discuss minor concerns and issues.
- Reviewing applications and collating relevant documentation for applications.
- Adhere to processing timelines.
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Attend and represent the business at various industry events.
- Contribute to training staff and developing training programs.
About you:
- You will bring a minimum of 12 months mortgages experience.
- Previous lending experience including processing or credit assessment experience with a non-bank mortgage lender.
- A commercial acumen with the ability to think laterally about putting finance deals together and finding solutions.
- A solid work ethic and ability to apply yourself to a steady volume of work.
- Career ambition for the lending/financial services sector.
- Relevant training and certification in Financial Services or willingness to attain.
