Salary Package

We offer a comprehensive salary package, including a basic salary of £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, plus an uncapped commission scheme. In addition, you will receive a company car or £250 monthly car allowance, as well as a company laptop and bespoke digital marketing package.

Job Role and Responsibilities

As a Mortgage and Protection Adviser, your key responsibilities will include engaging with clients, establishing their needs and wants, and maintaining relationships with vendors, buyers, and developers. You will also be responsible for generating and maintaining your own client relationships and business, maximizing in-branch opportunities, and thriving within a dynamic team.

Skills and Qualifications Required

To be successful in this role, you must possess strong interpersonal skills, be able to communicate effectively, and have the ability to maintain relationships. A CeMAP qualification or equivalent is essential, along with experience in mortgage and protection advising.
