We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Content Management Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month maximum term contract.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the smooth operation of workflow systems, responding promptly to requests and maintaining records throughout their lifecycle.
- Configure processes for clients and matters globally, including creating new client and matter records.
- Liaise with various teams to ensure compliance with regulations, providing assistance with data cleansing and transitioning legacy practice management data into updated structures.
- Support the Senior Content Management Coordinator and Manager in achieving team goals.
- Degree or qualified in Risk and Compliance (or other related analytical field) is ideal.
- Previous experience in the Legal Sector, Risk and Compliance, or other related fields, including billing or finance is highly regarded.
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to use initiative, and strong organisational skills are essential.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, remain calm under pressure, and provide excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and enthusiasm for being part of a dynamic team.
