Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide world-class service to every customer, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Product Knowledge: Continuously expand your knowledge of products and become a tea and brewing expert.
- Stock Management: Manage high volumes of stock and undertake visual merchandising to provided standards.
- Health and Safety: Take care of your own health and safety and the safety of others by following T2 safety policies and procedures.
- Customer Focus: Act with the customer in mind at all times.
- Flexibility: Be ready to work in a busy and fast-paced environment.
- Self-Motivation: Be self-motivated and ready to learn.
- Communication Skills: Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous Experience: Previous customer service or retail experience is advantageous.
