We are seeking experienced chefs to join our remote team in New South Wales, working on a FIFO basis from Sydney.

The role involves collaborating with a team of kitchen staff to provide buffet-style bulk cooking services.

  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality meals.
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, infection control, and cleanliness according to industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Chef Qualifications/Cert III in Commercial Cookery.
  • Experience within bulk catering environments, including menu writing, rostering, and cost control.
  • Knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations, as well as hygienic work practices and HACCP guidelines.
