Retail Store Team Lead

Job Overview:
As a senior retail supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail store. This includes leading and guiding a team of up to 20 members in achieving sales targets and maintaining high standards of customer service.

- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and ensure that the store appearance is consistent with company branding.
- Liaise with stock allocators to manage stock levels and optimize inventory to minimize waste and maximize profit.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales reports, employee performance, and compliance with company policies.
