We're seeking an exceptional Store Leader to spearhead our high-performing team at a dynamic store location. This leadership position involves overseeing day-to-day operations, mentoring and developing team members, and driving the store to achieve success.
About the Job- Strategic planning and execution to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Fostering a positive work culture through effective communication, training, and coaching
- Monitoring and analyzing store performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Ensuring optimal stock levels, store appearance, and visual merchandising adherence to brand standards
- Rostering management and wage cost control to maximize efficiency
- Maintaining compliance with health and safety protocols
- Supporting succession planning and employee development to cultivate future leaders
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong leadership abilities with a results-driven and proactive mindset
- Excellent communication and team development skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and manage store performance
- Experience with inventory management, operations, and visual presentation
