We're seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Educator to join our team in providing high-quality out-of-school-hours care (OSHC) for primary school children.

About the Role

As an OSHC Educator, you will be responsible for creating engaging and fun experiences for children aged 5-12 years. You will work collaboratively with other educators to develop and implement programs that promote learning, socialization, and physical activity.

  • Developing Programs: Create and implement educational programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of children.
  • Fostering Relationships: Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
  • Supporting Learning: Assist children in their learning journey, encouraging them to explore, discover, and learn through play-based activities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualifications: Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check and state working-with-children check.
  • Relevant Experience: Have experience working with children in a childcare setting, preferably in an OSHC environment.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
