Apprentice Craftsman

We are seeking a skilled Apprentice to join our team. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to gain practical skills in fabrication and welding activities.

You will support the Workshop and Fleet team and contribute to the delivery of the objectives of the Works and Services Business Unit.

This is a hands-on apprenticeship opportunity where you will develop your skills and knowledge in welding, cutting, shaping, and assembling metal components using tools and machinery.

Upon completion of your apprenticeship, you will have formal qualifications and four years of practical experience with the ability to gain additional tickets such as forklift ticket, loader competency, and more.

• Temporary Full-time up to 4 years (or for the duration of the apprenticeship)
• 38 hours per week with access to a 9 Day-fortnight
• Salary range from $601.70 per week to $827.40 per week
