Senior Associate Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior associate to join our team in a leadership position.

You will play a key role in managing financial operations, human resources, and business operations, working closely with our partners to drive our firm's vision forward.

This full-time role offers great variety and responsibility, with the opportunity to implement improvements across various departments and contribute to the development of our firm's growth strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial management activities, including trust account management and regular reporting to the partners.
  • Lead recruitment and HR initiatives, focusing on staff development and performance management.
  • Assist with the development and execution of our firm's growth strategy, including identifying operational efficiencies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including equipment and IT services management.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in practice management within a law firm.
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, reporting, and trust account management.
  • Excellent human resources experience, including staff recruitment and onboarding.
  • A solid understanding of operations management, including marketing and IT management.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and staff.
