Job Title

As an Educator in Training, you will be dedicated to giving children the best possible start to their school journey. With support from your Leadership Team and colleagues, you will be empowered to build a rewarding career while working towards a qualification in Early Childhood Education.

You will achieve this by:

  • Maintaining a safe environment for everyone involved.
  • Following key policies, procedures, and requirements.
  • Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Contributing to the development of our education program.
  • Supporting a culture of continuous improvement.

To be eligible for this position, you must not have completed a Certificate or Diploma outside of secondary school in the last 7 years. You should have a genuine desire to study towards a qualification in Early Childhood Education, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work well individually and as part of a team.

Requirements

  • Willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check.
