Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of property professionals, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Ensure revenue targets are met through effective budget management.
  • Develop strategic plans for premium commercial properties.
  • Manage various stakeholders, including tenants, contractors and the local community.
  • Drive leasing campaigns and negotiate lease renewals effectively.
  • Implement comprehensive risk management practices and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
  • Oversee capital expenditure projects, representing client interests.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in property/asset management, preferably with high-quality office assets.
  • A Real Estate Licence relevant to ACT is required.
  • A proven track record in office lease negotiations is essential.
  • Strong leadership abilities, coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A high level of financial acumen and commercial awareness.
  • Demonstrated ability to add value through capital works, leasing strategies and space optimisation.
  • Experience in preparing detailed asset plans, complex budgets and comprehensive reports.
  • An intimate knowledge of the commercial office sector.
