Job Description

We are seeking ambitious and driven individuals to join our esteemed Graduate Development Program. This 11-month program is designed to equip you with the skills and expertise required to succeed in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to high-profile projects across our portfolio
  • Work on diverse work rotations, developing your networks and gaining access to senior leaders
  • Participate in a structured learning and development program to enhance your skills and knowledge

As a graduate in our program, you will thrive in a flexible and fast-paced environment, working collaboratively with a talented team of professionals. You will be exposed to various aspects of our business, including policy development, project management, and stakeholder engagement.

RequirementsEligibility Criteria:
  • Australian citizenship by October 2026
  • Completed Australian Qualifications Framework Level 7 qualification (Bachelor Degree) or higher equivalent by January 2027
  • No more than 5 years since completing most recent degree at time of application submission
  • Able to obtain and maintain valid Australian Government security clearance once accepted into program
  • Willingness to undergo police, character, health, or other checks as required
  • Relocation to Canberra
