**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Manager to join our team, who will be responsible for managing the end-user customer relationships in the Independent Grocery channel across the portfolio of DKSH Client brands. This is an exciting opportunity to work with Australia's leading FMCG brands like Lipton, Bushells, Perrier, Little Bellies, Nando's, and LaZuppa.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Servicing and growing the territory/customers on a regular 'call cycle' basis
  • Planning weekly 'call cycle' including promotions, submission of new lines, and marketing
  • Achieving distribution of core lines in stores
  • Building key customer relationships across various levels of stakeholders
  • Gaining optimum position of all products on shelf and on display
  • Stock ordering and Merchandising including display set-up
  • Exceeding monthly sales targets
  • Managing local multisite operator groups within territory
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. Business Insights, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain) to ensure efficient and effective execution

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 3 years FMCG experience within Independent Grocery experience
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge and understanding of the industry/ market/ competitors/ customers
  • Demonstrate strong relationship and selling skills and proven key customer management experience, in Independent Grocery channel
  • Demonstrate solid negotiation and strong communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications, specifically Excel
  • Extensive experience with CRM systems
  • An enthusiastic go-getter with excellent time management, an eye for detail and works well under pressure
  • An organised approach to planning in advance
  • A valid Australian drivers' licence
  • A degree in Business/Marketing or related fields (desirable)
