About the Role

As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will provide therapy to participants with disabilities. Your work will be diverse, taking place in various settings, such as homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres.

  • You will use assessment and intervention skills to help participants achieve their goals and maximise funding for NDIS.
  • You will build relationships with participants and their supporters, including family, carers, and friends.
  • You will develop Behaviour Support Plans using positive behaviour support framework and function-based strategies.
  • You will conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA).
  • You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address complex behavioural challenges.
