Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Claims Manager to join our team of highly skilled professionals. As a key member of our GTS team, you will manage your own portfolio of major and complex claims, providing expert advice and guidance to clients while supporting less experienced adjusters via mentoring. With a strong market presence and following, you will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders, negotiating effectively, and working through conflict constructively.
About the Role:
As a Senior Claims Manager, you will be pivotal in assisting with current work volumes and contributing to the growth and development of our team. You will have direct access to senior members of the team, enabling you to expand your knowledge and skills through ongoing professional studies and training. With a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes for clients, you will drive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to promote knowledge sharing and skill development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own portfolio of major and complex claims, providing expert advice and guidance to clients.
- Support less experienced adjusters via mentoring, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, negotiate effectively, and work through conflict constructively.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the GTS team, driving collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of major and complex loss adjusting experience.
- Strong visible market presence and following.
- ANZIIF or AICLA General Insurance qualifications or equivalent overseas.
- Proven ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, negotiate effectively, and work through conflict constructively.
- Driver's License.
