Job Opportunity: Mechanical Design Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Design Expert to join our consulting engineering firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and documenting mechanical equipment, pressure vessels, tanks, and piping within Western Australia.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the field and will be proficient in using 3D software for design and drafting (Inventor) to produce drawings for fabrication. They will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail and the ability to manage timelines effectively.

  • Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-5 years' experience designing and documenting mechanical equipment, pressure vessels, tanks, and piping within Western Australia
  • Proficient in using 3D software for design and drafting (Inventor)
  • Application and knowledge of relevant Australian Codes, Standards, and Practices
  • Ability to manage timelines effectively and deliver results on time
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised
