About the Role

  • Engage daily with clients to overcome barriers to employment
  • Partner with local employers to promote services and secure job vacancies
  • Provide holistic case management tailored to each client's unique situation
  • Manage administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Think creatively and adaptively when responding to client needs

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll work closely with clients to understand their strengths and challenges, developing personalized plans to achieve their goals.

You'll also collaborate with local employers to identify job opportunities and facilitate successful placements.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building trust with clients and fostering positive relationships.
