About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our Boarding House team as a Boarding House Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and supportive environment for our boarders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to our boarders, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with boarders, parents, and staff, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
  • Contribute to the planning and delivery of activities and programs that enhance the boarders' day-to-day life.
  • Work collaboratively with the Boarding House team to maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment.

About You

We are looking for an individual with previous experience working with teenagers in a residential or education setting. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with our boarders and staff.

You will be a team player, with a strong commitment to creating a positive and inclusive environment. A current Working with Children Check is essential for this role.
