Job Description
We are seeking a casual Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Port Macquarie. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in creating safe, inclusive, and enriching learning environments for children. Your passion for education and commitment to nurturing every child's unique potential will make a lasting impact.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Actively contributing to the education program in the room and centre team;
- Engaging and supervising children at all times;
- Maintaining a safe environment for children, families, and team members;
- Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families;
- Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures;
- Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement;

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- An ACECQA approved early childhood qualification;
- Will to travel between other local services;
- Flexible availability between Monday-Friday, 6.30am-6.30pm;
Estimated Salary Range: AU$35-40 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience)
