- Secure a guaranteed salary between $100,000-$110,000, plus superannuation, annual profit sharing, and future value of your shares in the business.
- Enjoy 5 weeks' annual leave, birthday leave, and two free pairs of glasses per year.
- Hold or be eligible to hold a qualified practitioner number as a full member of the appropriate professional body (Audiology Australia or The Hearing Aid Audiometrist Society of Australia or The Australian College of Audiology).
- Two years' clinical experience post-qualifying.
- Demonstrate high interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strategic working relationships.
- Lead and work collaboratively to achieve desired business outcomes.
