Key Role Opportunity
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced technical lead to spearhead cross-functional initiatives and drive innovation within our organisation.
ResponsibilitiesDesign and Implement Scalable Architectures: Develop and implement scalable architectures that meet business needs, ensuring high performance, reliability, and efficiency.
Mentor Senior Engineers: Mentor senior engineers and enforce technical standards, promoting best practices and continuous learning.
Evaluate and Adopt New Technologies: Evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve velocity, quality, and resilience, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering Teams: Work closely with product and engineering teams to align technology with business objectives, driving successful project outcomes.
Solve Complex Technical Problems: Solve complex technical problems before they impact production, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum uptime.
RequirementsExperience and Qualifications: 10+ years in IC software engineering, including 3+ in a senior technical leadership role, with deep expertise in distributed systems, architecture, and scalability.
Technical Skills: Strong background in CI/CD, OOP (C#.NET, Java, or C++), and one modern JS framework (React, Next.js, Angular), experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and databases (SQL Server, Postgres, Redis).
Additional Requirements: Proficiency with tools like DataDog, LaunchDarkly, and Twilio Segment, along with a strong track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
