We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Administrative Coordinator - Contract Services to join our team at The Salvation Army.

This permanent, full-time role is based in Blackburn, VIC, and offers an attractive salary package, including NFP salary packaging and flexible working conditions.

About the Role

In this rewarding position, you will work closely with stakeholders to coordinate contract processes, funding applications, and tender reviews. You will also be responsible for managing documentation through our Zendesk system and advising on compliance requirements.

You will report directly to the Contract Services Manager and have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people who need help most.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate contract processes and funding applications in a timely manner.
  • Review and advise on appropriateness of terms and conditions, KPIs, compliance items, and outcomes associated with funded services.
  • Advise Heads of Department, General State Managers, and Service Managers on compliance requirements within Agreements.
  • Manage documentation through the Zendesk system using agreed processes and time frames.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A tertiary level qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience in the community services sector.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a related field, preferably in contract management or compliance management.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of contract management practices and protocols.
  • Demonstrated abilities in compliance management and/or legislative change.
