- Lead strategic design projects that shape key customer experiences, working with cross-functional teams.
- Translate user needs into innovative design solutions, navigating ambiguity and exploring conceptual and competitive landscapes.
- Lead a team of product designers, providing mentorship and setting clear career paths.
- Oversee end-to-end user experience designs, steering team designs through product requirements.
- Establish and evolve design systems and guidelines for high-quality consistency across products.
- 8+ years of UX/Product design experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role managing designers.
- Experience working in fast-paced tech start-ups and complex systems with multi-disciplinary user journeys.
- Strong product logic, first principle thinking, and analytical skills.
- Outcome-oriented with a solid track record of project management and delivery.
- Financial industry experience is a plus, but intellectual curiosity is essential.
