We are looking for a bubbly and enthusiastic team member to join our store. If you love making people smile and providing exceptional customer service, this is the role for you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
  • Assist with daily tasks, including cleaning and maintaining the store.
  • Learn and execute gelato-making skills, including scooping and serving.
  • Support store operations during evening shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Requirements:

  • Australian permanent resident or working rights visa holder.
  • Ability to work 20+ hours per week.
  • Surprisingly happy on the initial interview (we're pretty sure that's a thing).
  • Passionate about customers and customer service.
  • Previous experience in a busy environment or supervisor role a plus.
