Customer Sales Expert Opportunity

As a Customer Sales Consultant with our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for converting leads into sales and meeting sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert leads into sales to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Provide expert knowledge to customers regarding our products, destinations, and promotions
  • Support with inbound calls during peak periods

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months experience in a sales capacity or call-centre environment
  • Experience using Sabre GDS is preferred but not essential
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A passion for travel and customer service
  • Excellent attention to detail with an ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment
  • Full working rights within Australia
