Job Title: Facilities Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced facilities professional to oversee the management of our site in Ballarat. In this key role, you'll ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of the site, while maintaining a safe and productive environment for all employees.

About the Position:
  • Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of staff and contractors, ensuring high standards of service delivery and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, building occupants, and external contractors.
  • Service Excellence: Foster a culture of excellence in customer service within the team.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in delivering facilities and asset management services in a manufacturing environment, strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
