Job Description

This is an excellent chance to join our team as we expand our operations in the Australian Defence market. You will be working on various technical programs across different sectors, managing engineering documentation, change processes, and system configurations within complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain configuration and change management plans.
  • Establish and control system baselines.
  • Conduct audits and assessments related to system integrity.
  • Prepare and process engineering change documentation.
  • Coordinate technical reviews and stakeholder engagement.
  • Support general engineering activities including documentation, risk analysis, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, or related) and experience levels ranging from graduate to senior leadership. They should also have familiarity with engineering lifecycle processes and standards, strong analytical, documentation, and coordination skills, and previous maritime experience is highly desirable.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, or related).
  • Experience levels ranging from graduate to senior leadership.
  • Familiarity with engineering lifecycle processes and standards.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and coordination skills.
  • Previous maritime experience (highly desirable).
