About the Role

As a key player in this process, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on people's lives by providing one-to-one support and assistance under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

  • You will build professional relationships with participants at various stages of their employment journey, fostering a positive and supportive environment that enables them to reach their full potential.
  • Your role will involve creating individualised support plans and 12-week plans that outline the participant's journey towards finding and sustaining employment.
  • You will identify opportunities for growth and development, enabling individuals to become valued members of their community and contributing to their NDIS goals.
  • Facilitate individual and group activities that promote job readiness skills, volunteering, work experience, and confidence building.
  • Ensure compliance with administrative processes, maintaining data integrity and efficiently managing workload to meet organisational objectives.
About You

We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.

  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience working with individuals with disabilities, preferably in an employment support context.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with participants and stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and its principles.
