Early Childhood Educator Role About the Opportunity:

We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educators to support our centres across the ACT region. As an educator with our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, developing your skills and expertise while making a real difference in the lives of young children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Educators: Collaborate with educators to deliver high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
  • Engage with Families: Build strong relationships with families through regular communication, updates, and involvement in their child's learning journey.
  • Contribute to Centre Practices: Assist with daily centre operations, including set-up, clean-up, and maintenance of learning environments.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care: A recognised qualification in early childhood education is essential for this role.
  • Willingness to Travel: Be prepared to travel between multiple services and be available on short notice.
  • Working with Children Check: Hold a current Working with Children Check or be willing to obtain one.
  • Prior Experience: Have prior experience working in a long day care service.
