About You:

  • You have experience with .NET languages and frameworks or Java language and frameworks.
  • You possess a strong understanding of SQL, particularly T-SQL.
  • You are familiar with web-based front-end technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • You have managed development teams before and enjoy helping people grow.
  • You have experience building SaaS products, ideally in a cloud-native environment.
  • You understand Agile/lean practices.
  • You excel at prioritization, focusing the team on what matters most.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and inspire the development team.
  2. Grow people by hiring, mentoring, and supporting team members.
  3. Work closely with product, design, and other teams to turn ideas into high-quality software.
  4. Maintain high standards by championing good coding practices, testing, security, and scalability.
  5. Balance short-term and long-term goals by making smart calls on tech debt, deadlines, and future-proofing.
  6. Shape how the team works by improving processes, CI/CD pipelines, and collaboration.
  7. Act as a connector between technical and non-technical teams.
