About the Event Coordination Role

The Event Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of events and experiences within a client's office in Sydney.

  • Logistics management for customer-facing meetings, company-wide events, and programs during live event phases.
  • Ensuring on-site event logistics adhere to health and safety policies.
  • Utilizing ticketing systems and run sheets to manage assigned events from start to finish.
  • Collaboration with external agencies and vendors during live events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering operational excellence for the holistic guest experience during executive receptions.
  • Partnering events, employee events, and gatherings on Specialty floors and Employee Floors within the office.
  • Demonstrating strong customer service skills and proficiency in executive interactions during events.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience working in hospitality, events, or high-end corporate concierge or a related field.
  • Able to maintain composure under pressure and problem-solve effectively.
  • Flexibility to accommodate hours of work and weekend events as needed.
