We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our Institutional Equity Sales team at Anton Murray Consulting. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our sales team, ensuring seamless execution of sales orders and meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Institutional Equity Sales team, including sales order processing and meeting coordination.
- Manage the Melbourne office calendar, ensuring accurate bookings and scheduling.
- Assist with corporate access and marketing campaigns, including data management and CRM updates.
- Provide general administration support for the Melbourne office, including mail distribution, office supplies, and IT requests.
- Coordinate client lunches and dinners, ensuring exceptional client experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including meeting rooms, kitchen, and general office area.
Requirements
- Previous stockbroking or financial services industry experience, preferably in a sales support or administrative role.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience with client relationship management (CRM) systems is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
