Job Summary

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented team member to support our warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, prioritizing, problem-solving, and counting skills. Additionally, they will be able to communicate clearly and objectively, adapting to third-party technologies and fostering a spirit of personal development and entrepreneurship.

About This Role

This part-time position involves providing a supporting role to the Distribution Centre operations in respect to picking, packing, counting, receiving, shipping, and restocking of inventory. The successful candidate will report directly to the Distribution Centre Warehouse Operations Supervisor.

  • Picking, packing, and shipping orders in a timely manner as assigned by management.
  • Maintaining high productivity levels and meeting engineered metrics within each department.
  • Supporting and performing audits during inventory counts.
  • Fostering a safe work environment and adhering to warehouse floor policies and safety measures.
Requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Strong organizational, prioritizing, problem-solving, and counting skills.
  • Detail-oriented and adaptable to a busy, noisy, and occasionally hot/cold environment.
