About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Manager to join our team at Anglicare. As a Case Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, well-being, and positive outcomes for young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement case plans in collaboration with children, young people, their families, and care teams.
  • Provide trauma-informed support and guidance to young people and their families.
  • Work closely with Aboriginal families, agencies, and communities to ensure culturally sensitive and effective support.
  • Utilize strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple cases and priorities.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in community services, social work, psychology, education, or a related field.
  • Experience working with vulnerable children, young people, and their families, including trauma-informed practice.
  • Strong understanding of case management principles and procedures, including Aboriginal placement principles.
  • Excellent self-initiative, organizational, and time management skills.
