The role of a Vehicle Delivery Driver involves driving to the scene of minor to moderate car accidents and delivering a new temporary vehicle to the affected driver on the spot. The position also requires performing customer service and basic maintenance at a depot.

No two days will be the same, so we are looking for someone who can think on their feet, adapt to changing circumstances, and enjoys a challenge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive vehicles to customers across Melbourne
  • Maintain outstanding professionalism and customer service
  • Ensure all vehicles are fully maintained and well presented by adhering to cleaning, maintenance, and service procedures and schedules
  • Exercise empathy in people's time of need
  • Ensure service delivery standards are in line with performance metrics
  • Communicate business-related activities to management
We are seeking an individual with:
  • A valid Australian driver's license
  • A clean driving history (minor speeding tickets accepted)
  • Clear and strong communication skills (Written and Verbal)
  • The ability to work in a physically demanding role
  • An aptitude to problem solve and the ability to work independently
