About the Role

WorkJam is seeking a performance-driven and creative Digital Marketing Strategist to lead community-led demand generation initiatives for our continued growth in the mid-market segment. This role is ideal for a digital-first marketer with a strong background in B2B SaaS and deep expertise in community engagement, content repurposing, and paid media.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Community Engagement: Monitor and contribute to discussions on LinkedIn, Reddit, and other online communities; share content, answer questions, spark engagement.
  • Create new content with relevance to SME buyers and adapt global content to APAC context.
  • Collaborate with product marketing to develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to the SME segment.
  • Collaborate with global marketing team on content strategies and create regional content that supports organic growth and aligns with keyword strategies.
  • Execute digital ads and campaigns aimed at SMEs.
  • Track UTMs, attribution, conversion rates, and performance metrics; share insights with the global demand team.
  • Oversee WorkJam's presence on G2 and other review platforms; drive review collection to maintain strong ratings.
  • Monitor competitor activities and positioning in the SME space.
  • Work regularly with the APAC sales and business development team for lead transfer, qualification, and feedback to refine outreach and messaging.
