
Night Front Desk Ambassador

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Night Receptionist to join our guest services team. The role is a part-time position that requires availability on Wednesday and Thursday nights from 9:30 pm to 2:30 am, with the opportunity to pick up extra shifts.
The ideal candidate will be an all-rounder who can handle a variety of tasks, including greeting and checking in guests, dealing with guest issues, preparing basic food and beverage options, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and checking in guests as the first point of contact
- Directing guests to their accommodation and designated bathing areas
- Providing information on facilities, procedures, and site instructions
- Proactively informing guests of available packages and offerings
- Performing general reception administrative tasks, including sales transactions, answering phone calls, and preparing gift certificates
- Advising the Night Duty Manager of any issues, improvements, or guest feedback
- Collaborating with other departments regarding guest queries
We are looking for candidates with previous experience in a similar customer service-oriented role, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail.
