About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to lead our NSW team and drive customer adoption, retention, and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of Customer Success Consultants to deliver exceptional customer experiences and outcomes.
  • Develop and execute a customer success strategy to drive adoption, retention, and advocacy across our NSW customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Marketing, to understand customer needs and develop solutions that expand customer value.
  • Lead customer-facing initiatives to drive customer adoption, usage, and growth, and ensure timely feedback for consistent improvements on products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and product teams, to ensure seamless customer experiences and outcomes.
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and develop actionable insights to inform product priorities and customer success strategies.
  • Provide transparent reporting of team performance and customer insights to inform product priorities and customer success strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve customer success strategies and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in a customer success or account management environment, with a track record of driving customer adoption, retention, and advocacy.
  • Commercially minded with a strong understanding of customer needs and behaviors, and the ability to develop and execute customer success strategies that drive business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and product teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer data, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and develop actionable insights to inform product priorities and customer success strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer success and outcomes.
