About the Role

The Customer Success Officer supports the full range of activities handled by the Training and Engagement Unit (TEU), which includes coordinating contracts, understanding our training offering, maintaining, and using relevant IT systems and participating in the planning and delivery of our training services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creating opportunities and supporting the delivery of NSW Ombudsman training services for the TEU
  • Managing relationships with external training clients and external training contractors, including contract negotiation
  • Undertaking and managing projects within set timeframes and outcomes
About You

We are looking for someone:

  • Who can demonstrate core project management skills but also develop and apply specialist knowledge and experience in the agency's training offering, client requirements and legislative environment
  • With sound computer skills and experience of database applications as well as Excel and Word
  • With excellent verbal and written communication skills, proven customer focus and engagement skills
