We are seeking an experienced Employment Law Specialist to join our Perth team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our Workplace Relations, Employment & Safety (WRES) group, you will work closely with our senior lawyers to provide expert advice and representation to clients across various industries.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years' experience as a Senior Associate in a top-tier law firm, with a strong focus on winning new work and practice growth. You will be required to demonstrate your ability to work autonomously, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and representation to clients on employment law matters, including recruitment, management, termination, and industrial relations.
