Reservation Sales Professional

We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our reservations team. As a key member, you will be responsible for assisting guests with their bookings and providing exceptional service.

This includes:

  • Providing knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate service to both external and internal guests
  • Answering calls promptly, handling each interaction with care and accuracy, and displaying professionalism
  • Managing guest bookings in our PMS system (Opera Cloud) with precision and attention to detail
  • Maximising occupancy by understanding rate structures, seasonal offerings, and property features
  • Staying up to date on all hotel products, services, and special promotions — both on-site and across surrounding properties
  • Ensuring special requests are communicated clearly and followed through across departments
  • Supporting the sales team by passing along potential leads or opportunities
  • Promoting loyalty through fluency in the Accor Loyalty Programme

Key Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in reservations or customer service, ideally in a hotel environment
  • Confident using computer systems, including Microsoft Office; OPERA Cloud experience is preferred
  • Strong communication skills in spoken and written English
  • A genuine passion for delivering excellent guest service
  • Professional, approachable, and able to build rapport easily — both in person and over the phone
  • Culturally sensitive, comfortable communicating with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently or as part of a team
  • Organised with strong time management and multitasking skills
  • Flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays
