Marketing Role Overview

The Marketing Manager, AIA Vitality Projects role is a critical position in leading customer communication initiatives and supporting key insurance projects across the Group and Retail space.

We are seeking a results-driven and collaborative Marketing Manager to join our high-performing team on a 6-month contract based in Sydney or Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Senior Manager AIA Vitality Marketing to onboard key superannuation fund clients to access AIA Vitality
  • Support external superannuation fund stakeholders in the development and execution of customer marketing communication plans
  • Plan and execute all AIA Vitality updates that need to be made to support Bancassurance product
  • As the project lead, support AIA Vitality health and wellbeing program integration in Bancassurance distribution channel
Requirements:
  • Experience in a Customer Marketing or Communication Manager role preferably within insurance or wider financial services industry
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills – confident in engaging, influencing and aligning diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver to tight deadlines
  • Strong creative judgement and ability to translate complex information into clear, customer-friendly messaging
