The Guest Services Ambassador plays a pivotal role in delivering these experiences as the first point of contact at Reception. Their responsibilities include welcoming employees and visitors with genuine hospitality and thoughtful services, managing meeting and event spaces, and ensuring smooth operations by providing client, visitor, and administrative support.

Key aspects of this opportunity include:

  • Create a comfortable, welcoming, and hospitable experience for employees and their guests
  • Manage booking, setting, and refreshing of client meeting and event spaces
  • Liaise with technology team to ensure AV/VC equipment is operational and provide client support as needed
  • Work collaboratively with the Workplace team to deliver required client communications with accuracy and efficiency
  • Handle internal & external calls and correspondence
