Job Title

As a Supply Chain Technology Strategist, you will play a critical role in shaping our organization's technology vision and roadmap.

This position involves leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring alignment between business needs and technology capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of supply chain processes and technologies, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and experience with Agile, SAFe, and/or traditional project management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supply Chain Technology Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of supply chain technology initiatives from concept through deployment.
  • Technology Enablement: Ensure technology delivery meets quality, performance, and security standards and adheres to architectural standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with business leaders, product owners, manage external partners and GTS teams to understand requirements, define roadmaps, and deliver key strategic initiatives.
  • Program & Project Management: Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies within the Supply Chain delivery stream.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in technology delivery, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role within supply chain or quality enterprise systems.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, global supply chain solutions (e.g., ERP, Procurement capabilities, Quality and Regulatory systems enablement).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Procurement, Quality and Regulatory technologies and capabilities.
  • Experience ERP systems in Medical Devices, FMCG, pharmaceutical or industrial sector.
