About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to provide life-changing therapy to individuals with disabilities in the Greater Western Sydney area.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide behaviour support services to individuals with disabilities in a variety of settings, including homes, schools, and community centers.
  • Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop behaviour support plans using positive behaviour support frameworks.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address complex behavioural challenges.
  • Build meaningful relationships with individuals with disabilities and their support networks.
