We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Childcare Lead Educator to join our team.

Job Description

  • Plan, implement, and evaluate the daily program for the children in our care, ensuring quality care and education.
  • Develop and maintain a safe and engaging environment that promotes learning and development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency in programming and best practices.
  • Observe and document child progress, identifying areas of strength and need.
  • Organize and attend parent meetings as required, maintaining open communication and providing updates on child progress.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in childcare leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality programs and services.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
